us about it – or something that we could be doing better – please speak
to a Receptionist or ask to see the Practice Manager.
If you would like to make a formal complaint you can do this in
writing or by speaking with the Practice Manager – in person or by
telephone (01424 755355). Ask at reception for more information
about how to make a complaint or take a copy of our ‘Complaints & Comments Leaflet’ which is available in the waiting room or at the bottom of this page.
