You can now contact the surgery online to tell us all about your medical problem or ask an admin question.
Completing an Engage Consult questionnaire allows us to quickly and safely decide on the best way to help you, your child or an adult in your care. Please submit a separate query for each patient.
If you send us a request within our SAME DAY RESPONSE HOURS you will hear back from us on the day, usually within 7 hours.
If you create an account for Engage Consult, you can also receive replies online, rather than by phone.

Just a reminder that if you send us an online consultation, please do not phone in as well, as this causes duplication of work for the doctors.
If you are submitting Registration forms and ID, please send a separate submission for each person. Any submissions which contain more than one patients' details will be rejected.
All online submissions sent after 10.30am will be dealt with the following day. Please only use one method of contact.
Please do not send appointment requests through the Engage Consult online portal - these will be returned to you asking you to telephone the Surgery. Please ring 01424 755355 to book appointments.
New: Find my NHS number
A new service is now live to help find your NHS number. This service is for anyone living in England who has forgotten or does not know their NHS number. You can also use this service on behalf of someone else where the name, date of birth and registered home postcode is known. You can opt for the number to be sent to you by text, email or letter.
Please note, you do not need your NHS number in order to obtain a Covid vaccination.
