With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours (select branch) and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Online Consultation service
You can now contact the surgery online to tell us all about your medical problem or ask an admin question.
Completing an Engage Consult questionnaire allows us to quickly and safely decide on the best way to help you, your child or an adult in your care. Please submit a separate query for each patient.
If you send us a request within our SAME DAY RESPONSE HOURS you will hear back from us on the day, usually within 7 hours.
If you create an account for Engage Consult, you can also receive replies online, rather than by phone. Please check your Engage Consult message box as we may respond to it if you sign up for the two-way messaging (which is advised).

Please note any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation, will be stored within your clinical notes.
During the pandemic we temporarily allowed repeat prescriptions to be requested via this method; this would not normally be the case. We are now moving back to our usual methods for prescription requests, and so will no longer be accepting repeat prescription requests via Engage Consult. Please be advised that you will now need to register for the appropriate online service with either of the following:

Both of these options provide the same service and allow your request to be sent directly to the doctor, rather than via the administration team.

Just a reminder that if you send us an online consultation, please do not phone in as well, as this causes duplication of work for the doctors.
If you are submitting Registration forms and ID, please send a separate submission for each person. Any submissions which contain more than one patients' details will be rejected.
Do not use this method to book appointments - the request will be sent back to you, asking you to phone in and book.
All online submissions sent after 10.30am will be dealt with the following day. Please only use one method of contact.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
Across all three sites the receptions, our consulting rooms and our main patient toilets are all on the ground floor and disabled-accessible. Unfortunately, we have no on-site parking available at Beaconsfield Road or Fairlight Road for any patients, although there is unrestricted parking on street. We do have a car park for patient use at the Little Ridge site.
