Complaints and Comments

We are very interested in YOUR views of the services we are

providing.

If there is something that we are doing well and you would like to tell

us about it – or something that we could be doing better – please speak

to a Receptionist or ask to see the Practice Manager.

 

If you would like to make a formal complaint you can do this in

writing or by speaking with the Practice Manager – in person or by

telephone (01424 755355). Ask at reception for more information

about how to make a complaint or take a copy of our ‘Complaints & Comments Leaflet’ which is available in the waiting room or at the bottom of this page.
